For over 40 years, our small management company has been dedicated to providing well-managed apartments tailored specifically for UCLA students. We pride ourselves on offering a quiet, study-focused atmosphere. We are not a party building, and we strictly enforce this to ensure our student tenants have the peaceful environment they need to succeed.

The property features limited-access coded pedestrian gates and a vehicle gate with remote control access.

Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry facilities equipped with new, modern, Wi-Fi-enabled machines.
Comfort & Transparency
Each unit is equipped with heat, but please note that our apartments do not have air conditioning.
Parking & Move-Ins
Move-in dates typically range from June to September 1st, and parking is available for $150 per month.

Details about our building:
We have several unit types and expect to have at least one of each as we receive move out notices from the existing students. Every unit is all bills paid with the exception of internet. (Electricity, Water, Gas and Trash are all paid by Landlord). We are a 60 second drive to the edge of campus, 5 minute walk. 1-2 minutes by scooter.

Our building has historically been very quiet. We are not one of the party buildings in the neighborhood and we enforce this as most of our tenants are students who prefer a study atmosphere.
We have a friendly adult on site manager who can arrange an in person tour once we select the type of unit you might like.
Our leasing process is extremely quick and easy. Typically no parental co signer required if you are a UCLA student. Start to finish process can be completed in less than an hour.
